  1. Brower Youth Award for Environmental LeadershipDEADLINE May 14, 2021. 6 awards of $3000. Criteria: Be a youth environmental change leader in North America, between the ages of 13 and 22. Each recipient receives a $3,000 cash prize, a professionally produced short film about their work from an Emmy Award-winning film crew, and flight and lodging accommodations for a weeklong trip to the San Francisco Bay Area. During their stay in California, the recipients will participate in leadership activities and workshops on coaching, visioning, public speaking and developing media relations. The week of activities culminates in the awards ceremony. The Brower Youth Awards program invests in the winners’ continued success by providing ongoing access to resources, mentors, and opportunities to develop leadership skills. 

  2. College Board Opportunity Scholarships: DEADLINES VARY - Complete a series of college-related tasks, such as building your college list, practicing for the SAT, and completing your FAFSA, for eligibility to earn scholarships. Complete five of six tasks to be eligible for a $40,000 scholarship

  3. Big Sun Scholarship: DEADLINE June 19, 2021. We are offering an annual scholarship to a deserving student. All student athletes are eligible for this award, regardless of which sport they participate in. Amount of award: $500.

  4. Abbott and Fenner Scholarship: DEADLINE June 12, 2021. $1,000 each to high school juniors and seniors. Requires an essay of between 500 and 1000 words on your educational career and life goals.

  5. ABC Build Your Futures Scholarship: Opens May 21, 2021, closes July 21.  $2000 awarded to a student pursuing craft professional training in the construction industry through an NCCER accredited program or a state/federally approved apprenticeship program in a merit shop training facility.

  6. Bob Coleman Memorial Scholarship: DEADLINE May 15, 2021. The Scholarship will award two $2,000 scholarships to be presented to high school seniors attending college or culinary school in the fall of 2021. Applicants must pursue a degree in Business Management, Hotel Restaurant Management or attend Culinary School. **See Mrs. Casanova for application materials**

  7. Penn State Alumni Association Scholarship, Lancaster County Chapter: DEADLINE extended to June 1, 2021. $1000 to $3000 awarded to eight graduating high school seniors from Lancaster County who enroll at a Penn State campus for each fall semester. To be eligible, you must be in the top half of your graduating class and have a minimum 1000 SAT score (the minimum academic requirements)

  8. Scott & Hoffnagle scholarship Program: DEADLINE May 13, 2021. $2500 to $7500 to a student residing within a 50 mile radius of Leola, admitted as a full-time student at an accredited college/university, community college, or trade/technical school located either in the state of Pennsylvania or the state of Delaware, and maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA. **Contact Mrs. Casanova for application materials**

  9. 2021 Law Offices of Anthony Carbone Scholarship: DEADLINE July 31, 2021. $1000 awarded to a high school student who enrolls in an accredited USA University and has a minimum 3.0 GPA in high school. 500 word essay required on "Why having a higher education is important. 

  10. Coalition for College Scholarships for 9th and 10th graders: DEADLINE June 1, 2021. New scholarship alert! The Coalition’s Exploration Scholarships offer a chance to win $500 to help fund college exploration and preparation activities like campus visits, summer programs and tutoring.
